Macworld

Macworld is a dedicated website focused on Apple Inc. products and software. It is operated by Mac Publishing, which is based in San Francisco, California. Since its launch in 1984, it has become the leading Macintosh magazine in North America, boasting the highest audited circulation, both in total and at newsstands, and surpassing its closest rival, MacLife (formerly known as MacAddict), by more than two times. The magazine was established by David Bunnell as the publisher and Andrew Fluegelman as the editor. It held the title of the longest-running Macintosh magazine until September 10, 2014, when its parent company, IDG, decided to end the print version and laid off most of the staff, while continuing to provide content online.

To notch or not to notch? That seems to be the question for the next few iPhone releases. But according to a new report, we might be waiting a while for a notchless iPhone, as Apple’s plans for an under-display front-facing camera and Face ID won’t happen until 2030. According to Display Supply Chain Consultants CEO Ross Young, Apple will move gradually towards a notchless display. Next year, the Dynamic Island will reportedly shrink a little as Apple reconfigures how Face ID is implemented.
