Founded in 2018, Croakey Health Media operates as a not-for-profit organization dedicated to public interest journalism. Our members are part of the Croakey Health Media social journalism team, working together to deliver a variety of services and activities that support the health and well-being of individuals, families, communities, and the environment. Governance is managed by a board elected by our members. The formation of Croakey Health Media aimed to enhance the sustainability of our social enterprise, strengthen our governance structure, and expand our influence and outreach. Prior to our incorporation, we had built a strong network of passionate individuals and contributors, boasting an 11-year track record of innovation and service in the field of health journalism.
