According to JPD, Steckie Black was found with multiple gunshot wounds after officers responded to the 100 block of Savannah Street around 12:02 a.m. Black was pronounced dead at the scene. Following an investigation into the circumstances surrounding this tragic incident, law enforcement has identified a suspect in the case. A warrant for murder has been issued for 47-year-old Charles Mack.

The wife claimed he had assaulted her, and police went to question Estes on June 2 and couldn’t find him.
