The Dorchester Reporter is a community-focused weekly newspaper that was established in 1983 by Ed and Mary Forry to cater to the residents of the Dorchester area in Boston, Massachusetts. After the passing of Mary Forry, their son Bill Forry took over as managing editor, while Ed Forry became the associate publisher. Bill continues to serve as both the editor and publisher of the newspaper today. Bill Forry is married to Linda Dorcena Forry, a former Massachusetts State Senator and State Representative, who also holds the position of associate publisher at the Dorchester Reporter.
