Extra Teeth is dedicated to supporting writers and nurturing a vibrant literary community in Scotland and beyond. As the magazine continues to grow, we are excited to host numerous events (currently online) and showcase the talents of our writers and illustrators in a variety of ways. Located between Edinburgh and Glasgow, Extra Teeth aims to create a welcoming environment for writers from Scotland and those who contribute to the Scottish literary scene. We focus on building a community centered around exceptional writing and design. From our inaugural issue, we have prioritized transparency, diversity, and fair compensation for all contributors. While we highlight new writing from Scottish authors, we also embrace an international perspective. All of our issues are printed in Glasgow, Scotland, by J Thomson Colour Printers Ltd.
