A Place Where – popularly known as APW – is a contemporary community where artistic urbanites and creative minds meet for scrumptious dining options and occasional art bazaars. First established in 1952, APW stood for Art Printing Works and was a commercial printing factory in Ampang, catering to the production of comic books, magazines and textbooks. It relocated to Bangsar 13 years later with the new concept we see today.

Decades ago, green – sometimes white – Christmas trees that mimic pine trees were heavily decorated with giant ornaments and sparkling stars. Today, you’ll see plastic cones and dangling cylinder lights masquerading as Christmas trees. However, Sunway Pyramid has taken the festive decorations to new heights by introducing Christmas trees made of stained glass.
