At Florida Record, our mission is to bring transparency to Florida's legal system, empowering you, our readers, to engage with public affairs effectively. Florida's court system stands out for its complexity, often labeled as a “judicial hellhole” due to its high-profile mass torts, asbestos cases, and large settlements. We aim to deliver an unbiased perspective on the legal landscape while offering a platform for diverse viewpoints. This way, you can form your own opinions based on the information provided.
