In 2025 APRON Inc. is staging happy hour “friend-raisers” at different locations on the last Wednesday of each month. The next Happy Hour Friend-Raiser takes place on Wednesday, April 30 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Martini Italian Bistro, 4021 Summit Plaza Drive.

They bought the historic building in 2006, which at that juncture was a ramshackle eyesore, and by 2007 the street-level commercial space was ready for occupancy.*A new tenant commences operations there today at 8:00 a.m. (until 5:00 p.m.): Cultivated Table & Sip House (also on Facebook).
