The Chronicle is a weekly newspaper located in Glens Falls, New York, founded in 1980 by Mark Frost with an initial investment of $1,700. Democratic active enrollment in the district decreased by 817 voters between Nov. 1 and Feb. 20, while Republican active enrollment increased by 1,888 voters, according to a report by the state Board of Elections.
