The not-for-profit is scheduled to go before the town Planning Board on Tuesday, March 25 for initial site plan review. They plan two buildings — a one-story with eight condominium units and a two-story with 20 units, Executive Director George Earle told The Chronicle.

The body of Michelle McFarren, 43, was found by city police early Thursday, March 6, in a blue clothing donation box on fire behind Talk of the Town restaurant on Hudson Avenue. The investigation is ongoing. The cause of death was cited as fire-related. Questions have arisen about a 911 call.

The last-minute request was to close a funding gap in the North Creek Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant project, required so the State Olympic Regional Development Authority can go forward with its plan to build a 120-room lodge and other amenities at the North Creek Ski Bowl.
