In today’s society, we often encounter overwhelming sadness, suffering, and unfairness. If you check your social media or news app, it’s easy to find a constant stream of negativity and despair. Many individuals, in their quest for a brighter outlook, tend to follow one of two paths: They either become overly fixated on the negative aspects of life, leading to exhaustion and a deep sense of cynicism. Alternatively, they may choose to ignore reality altogether, shutting themselves off from the harsh truths and injustices that others endure.
