    Surrey County Council is considering filling in or grouting the area around an underground sand mine tunnel that was discovered during investigations into a major ground collapse in Godstone earlier this year. The council earlier this month confirmed that the underground tunnel had been found 8m beneath Godstone High Street, where a large hole appeared in February this year.
