Last summer, on a hot July afternoon, the creative director behind one of my favorite sleepwear brands sat on a sofa in my living room, and we sketched a small capsule of nightgowns together while my son napped in the next room. That woman was If Only If’s Emily Campbell, and that small capsule of nightgowns officially launched on their site (!!!!) this week. I’m so excited to finally be able to tell you about each of these pieces and what makes them special.

I can only assume the final months of this pregnancy will speed by at an even faster clip than they already have been, in direct contrast to the pace at which I am personally moving these days. (I always thought “waddling” was an exaggerated Hollywood cliché until I experienced its inevitability firsthand). The mental math is different this time around, though.

I just got back from tagging along on one of Austin’s work trips to London, which we extended with some personal travel over the weekend to the countryside in Hampshire. Today, I’m sharing a little recap of my time away. We were there for a pretty short period of time, and I am the pregnant mom of a toddler, so taking advantage of the opportunity for rest was my biggest priority.

It happens every year: the first truly grim, soaking rain of spring, when it’s finally too warm to wear the puffer coat you’ve relied on in recent inclement weather and too wet to get by with just a jacket and an umbrella. It’s time for a raincoat — ideally a good one. My criteria for what I would consider a “good” raincoat are as follows:It should be waterproof or water-resistant.
