By GEORGE CUSTER and ELI THOMAS/for The Herald  —  During last weekend’s event sponsored by the Oregon Association of Rowers (O.A.R.), over twenty teams and over 500 individuals took to the water in their boats, or shells, as they’re known, for the Covered Bridge Regatta on Dexter Lake.
