Hello! I’m Isabel Yap, but you can simply call me Isa. I’m a writer and poet from the Philippines, and many of my stories revolve around girls who embrace their naughty side and sad monsters. I grew up in Manila, and I now live in the United States. I’ve been a fan of various fandoms for a long time and started writing fan fiction back in 1998 when I created an alternate ending for Mulan. In addition to my writing, I hold an MBA and work as a product manager. While I may not have strong opinions, I share a deep understanding and empathy for writers balancing their passion with day jobs.
