Closed home sales increased 1.7% year over year, with 2,363 homes sold during the week. Pending sales, meanwhile, increased by 1.2% as 2,535 listings went under contract. New listings skyrocketed, with 4,753 homes added to the market.

Realtors added 12,907 properties to the MLS, a 21.1% increase year over year, while active listings jumped 35% to over 35,000. Meanwhile, the average listing price stayed relatively stagnant at $448,919, up just 0.1% year over year.
