The findings, published in the first of credit bureau and business information systems specialist CRIF’s Banking on Banks reports for 2025, surveyed senior finance professionals across the UK, many of whom operate in wider European markets.

There were 204 tribunal cases referencing menopause in 2024, compared with 64 in 2022. The figures suggest both increased awareness and a growing willingness among employees to pursue legal action in this area. Hybrid working arrangements continue to be widely adopted across UK organisations, with relatively few employers reducing existing flexibility around work location, according to the latest data. Findings from Incomes Data Research (IDR) – surveying 70 employers across multiple sectors, covering more than 380,000 staff – show that while some reports have suggested a significant rollback in hybrid working since the end of pandemic restrictions, formal reductions remain limited.
