Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high (around 400–425°F). Grill the Thighs: Place chicken thighs skin-side down first. Grill for about 5–6 minutes to develop crispy skin.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and allulose until light and fluffy, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms. Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
