On Wednesday, Inside Medicine published a leaked draft of the Trump administration’s plans to majorly overhaul and deeply cut funding to HHS, beating out all the major news agencies (thanks to Inside Medicine readers). The plans, as reported by The Washington Post, include a $40 billion decrease in funding for HHS programs.
