Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - An elderly motorist was transported to St. Marys Hospital following a rollover crash on Highway 52 in Rochester this afternoon. The State Patrol says 81-year-old Carolyn Williams of St. Cloud was driving south when her SUV struck the right guard rail and rolled over. The crash was reported just before 1 PM just south of the 37th Street Northwest interchange.

St. Peter, MN (KROC-AM News) - A man who escaped from the Minnesota Sex Offender Program at the St. Peter State Security Hospital was on the loose for approximately 5 1/2 hours before he was captured this morning. The St. Peter Police Department says it was notified of the escape around 1:30 AM. It was reported that 45-year-old Beau-Jacob Zimmer somehow managed to get out of the secure facility and left on a bicycle. St. Peter police indicated he was in possession of a kitchen knife.
