Worley, alongside his wife and four kids, made himself open to the media and public for an hour as he talked about where the program is headed under his tutelage.     To cap off a season where all-time highs for the school had been set nearly each meet, Kirksville's track & field record boards are further shaken up after Friday and Saturday's Class 4 State Championships at Adkins Stadium in Jefferson City.     Owen Fraser's junior season at Missouri S&T was no Cinderella story. He had the best NCAA Division II discus mark from the time he set it at the first meet of the season at the Miners' home invitational. Never did he lose his mantle as number one in the nation going wire-to-wire, and went on to close the book with a national title. “In that position, you just prepare as well as you can to do what you always do, just on a little bigger stage,” Fraser said.
