KJR-AM (Seattle, WA)

KJR (950 AM), known as "Sports Radio 950," is a dedicated all-sports radio station located in Seattle, Washington, and is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc. From the 2006-2007 season, ISP Sports held the media rights for Husky athletics until IMG College took over. KJR served as the flagship station for the Washington IMG College Network from 2002 to 2014, but has since lost its broadcast rights to KOMO. The station also features some play-by-play coverage from ESPN Radio, along with various talk shows during the evenings and weekends. Currently, KJR is the home of both Fox Sports Radio and NBC Sports Radio in the Puget Sound area. It was the only all-sports talk radio station in Seattle until 710 KIRO joined the ESPN network. The station broadcasts from its transmitter on Vashon Island, while its studios are situated in the Belltown neighborhood, northwest of downtown Seattle.
