KUAM-TV is a television station that broadcasts on virtual and VHF digital channel 8. It is affiliated with both NBC and CBS and serves the U.S. territory of Guam. The station is based in Hagåtña (formerly Agana) and is owned by Pacific Telestations, Inc. It shares ownership with Local 2, a public access cable channel. KUAM-TV operates its studios from 600 Harmon Loop in Dededo, while its transmitter is situated to the east-northeast of Agat.

The court previously granted the prosecution's request to dismiss without prejudice, meaning they could refile the charges against Uncangco at a later time.
