Susan Elizabeth "Liz" Earle MBE (formerly Bawtree; born on May 17, 1963) is a notable British author, television host, and businesswoman. She has penned more than 30 books focusing on beauty, nutrition, and wellness. Liz frequently appears on ITV's This Morning program. She is the creator of Liz Earle Wellbeing, a quarterly magazine dedicated to health and lifestyle, and she also launched Liz Earle Fair and Fine, a Fairtrade jewelry line. In 1995, she co-founded the Liz Earle Beauty Co., a brand specializing in skincare products.
