Lone Conservative

Lone Conservative

Lone Conservative is a platform designed by college students for college students. It all began in 2016 when Kassy Dillon wanted to establish a space where conservative students could express themselves and connect with one another. Recognizing that many conservative individuals felt isolated on predominantly liberal campuses, Lone Conservative aims to foster a supportive community for these students.

For those of you unacquainted with American cinematic greatness, one of the most amusing one-shot movie scenes about race I’ve seen in the past 10 years is from Men in Black 3, where the black main character, Agent J, time travels back to the 1960s to kill the movie’s villain. Two decades ago, a plane touched down on the East Coast with an Indian child on board. For the past year, all he’d ever known was the sun streaming through the orphanage window in India’s Tamil Nadu province. As the plane’s wheels hit the ground, he could not possibly have known how much this new country would not only give him opportunities his birth mother could only have dreamt of, but change him, at the deepest possible level.
