Marianas Variety

The Marianas Variety is a newspaper located in Saipan that operates from Monday to Friday and is owned by Younis Art Studio, a local business. Since its founding on March 16, 1972, the Variety has become the oldest and most reliable newspaper in the Marianas, earning a reputation as a leading source of news for its readers. The publication reaches an audience of 40,000 in the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas (CNMI) and produces an average of 28 to 40 pages each day, featuring vibrant full-color content. In 1998, it expanded with a sister publication called the Palau Horizon in Koror, which now serves 8,000 readers. Additionally, a Guam edition was introduced in 1999, which currently boasts a readership of 48,000. The Variety distributes its content throughout CNMI, Guam, Palau, and the Federated States of Micronesia, and also has subscribers from the South Pacific, the Philippines, Hawaii, Japan, and the mainland U.S.
