Maybe Baby

Maybe Baby is a weekly newsletter that dives into those tricky emotions we often struggle to explain. You'll find it in your inbox every Sunday morning, and it’s perfect to read when you’re in a cozy spot. I aim to create a sense of connection, much like having a heartfelt chat with a friend. My hope is to help you feel a bit more at ease and less puzzled about the chaotic landscape of today’s world.

I read their work in awe, marveling at their thoughtful analysis and language I wouldn’t have dreamed of using at their age.

Hey!Today’s episode is a short voice note about something beauty critic Jessica DeFino said to me last month over lunch that I’ve been thinking about ever since. No spoilers, but generally speaking, it’s about whether we ought to accept ideas we inherit about what beauty will grant us in life, and whether our energy is well-spent trying to get it. She h…
