Medical Call Center News is a bimonthly publication, released in January, March, May, July, September, and November, with distribution occurring on the first Tuesday of each publication month. For submissions, Medical Call Center News welcomes brief articles of up to 500 words, as well as news pieces no longer than 200 words, focusing on topics related to healthcare call centers and telehealth. Please note that the submission deadline is the Thursday prior to the distribution date (five days before the email goes out), but sending your contributions earlier is encouraged. To submit your news and articles, please send them as a Microsoft Word document via email.
