The Philadelphia Eagles added eight more rookies to their roster, as preparation for the 2025 NFL season continues. Ty Robinson, Smael Mondon, and Antwaun Powell-Ryland were among the selections made by executive vice president and general manager Howie Roseman, and the rest of the Eagles front office. These eight players will join first round selection Jihaad Campbell and second round pick Andrew Mukuba at training camp later this year.

The Philadelphia Eagles defense is starting to take shape ahead of the 2025 NFL season. Andrew Mukuba became the newest face of Vic Fangio’s defense after being selected with the last pick of the NFL Draft’s second round (No. 64 overall). Mukuba joins Alabama linebacker Jihaad Campbell as the newest members of the Eagles franchise. “I’m glad I’m here. I’m glad I’m with the Eagles and I’m ready to compete in everything,” Mukuba said in a press conference Friday night.

One of the country’s standout collegiate linebackers is coming to Philadelphia. Jihaad Campbell was selected No. 31 overall by the Philadelphia Eagles in the first round of Thursday’s 2025 NFL Draft. The Eagles moved up one spot in a trade with the Kansas City Chiefs in order to select Campbell at No. 31. “We think he is a versatile player who can do a lot of different things,” Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni said about Campbell.
