    On the 39th anniversary of the original Dragon Quest release in Japan, Square Enix announced the release date for Dragon Quest 1 & 2 HD-2D Remake. The classic JRPG remakes will release on October 30 on Steam PC, PlayStation, Switch, Switch 2, and Xbox. Dragon Quest 1 & 2 HD-2D Remake features full remakes of the first two Dragon Quest games with the popular, retro-inspired HD-2D style.

    Level5, the beloved Japanese developers behind Ni No Kuni and Yo Kai Watch, have released Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time. The RPG-life-sim is available now on Steam PC, PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox, and will release for Switch 2 as a June 5 launch title. Fantasy Life i is the sequel to the original Fantasy Life, which released on Nintendo 3DS in 2014. The Girl Who Steals Time introduces a new time-traveling aspect to the story.

    Happy Broccoli Games have released adventure sequel Duck Detective: The Ghost of Glamping on Steam PC, PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox. The Ghost of Glamping is a stand-alone sequel to last year’s break-out indie hit, Duck Detective: The Secret Salami. The sequel pits hard-broiled, recently divorced detective Eugene McQuacklin with a new mystery at a luxury campsite. Is it truly haunted? Or is it more of a Scooby Doo situation?
