Hello! I’m Taylor Ann, a chef, recipe creator, and food enthusiast located in New York City. I have a deep love for all types of food—whether it’s plant-based, animal-based, or even mineral-based—and I strive to find a balanced relationship with it in my life. My curiosity drives me to explore new cooking methods and taste different flavors, regardless of whether the results are perfect or if I end up not liking a particular food. I believe that no ingredient should be labeled as good or bad; each one has its own unique place and can be appreciated fully in the right context. A significant part of my joy comes from the journey of working with ingredients to craft a dish to share with others, and I enjoy inspiring others to experience the same process.
