Which 450 Supercross Riders Have Missed the Most Races? I wanted to know which riders have missed the most races due to primarily injury. But as well as not qualifying for the main event or any other reason. To answer this, I first filtered down to riders with 20 career Premier Class Supercross starts. Then I filtered by riders who have at least 1 career podium. This is for being able to estimate riders who should always be making main events.

No hate comms, but I am not a huge two stroke guy as you may all know. This doesn’t mean I don’t like riding them when I do but if someone gave me an F, Marry, Kill to play and the 125 was one of the three choices, I most likely will be killing the 125. Sorry, peace and love. I get to test all kinds of two strokes but I can genuinely say that 125s are usually the most fun for me in the two stroke realm.

I will be honest with all of you. I wasn’t even going to type about anything this week because (to me) the results as well as the race itself didn’t mean that much to me after what happened to Jerry Robin. I understand that some of you may not want to read this and that is ok, but sometimes I like to put my thoughts to paper (or in this case to the keyboard). So if you get through this, I hope it somehow resonates with you.

Which riders have the highest average points per season throughout their Supercross career? To answer this question, I will be looking at points percentage per season due to differences in points structure and differing amounts of rounds per year throughout Supercross history. This will allow relative comparison as it wouldn’t be very helpful comparing a 17 round season vs the early SX seasons with just several rounds.

We are 10 rounds into the 2025 Supercross season which gives us a good sample size to look at qualifying data over the course of the season and compare it to other seasons. Since 2003, we have seen qualifying times trend closer and closer – with some minor fluctuations here and there. Here is a chart visualizing this:Important to remember the 2003-2006 times are the best times collected from practice sessions – not official qualifying times.
