    With a forecast calling for inclement weather on Saturday, management of White Mountain Motorsports Park and NASCAR have made the decision to postpone Saturday’s Modified Tour Thunder In The Mountains 200 to Sunday. The event will now take place at 2:30 pm on Sunday. “The weather has been far out of our favor at White Mountain this year, and this is just the latest attack on our schedule,” said White Mountain managing partner Cris Michaud.

    The first NASCAR In-Season Challenge kicks off Saturday at Echo Park Speedway (Atlanta Motor Speedway). The five-race single-elimination tournament features 32 drivers with their seeding based on the last three NASCAR Cup Series events. The driver that wins the head-to-head matchup (has a better finish) in each round advances to the next round in the bracket format. The tournament culminates with a championship event taking place on July 27 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
