Ron Coughlin has stepped down as Petco's CEO, chairman, and a board member, the company said. Former president and COO of Best Buy, R. Michael (Mike) Mohan, will serve as Interim CEO. The Petco Health and Wellness Company board is conducting a search for a permanent CEO with the support of a global executive search firm. Coughlin will serve as an advisor to the board to support the transition.
