RUNFIT is an online platform established in 2013. Originally named Diary of a Marathon, it focused on the training plans designed to help individuals complete their first marathon. After reaching that milestone, the site expanded its offerings to include high-quality content about running, along with articles on sports nutrition, health, and fitness. The driving force behind RUNFIT is our CEO, who holds a degree in Journalism and has been an avid runner for over 15 years. He has completed marathons, half marathons, numerous 10K races, and other well-known Spanish running events. Additionally, he is qualified in sports nutrition and has a deep love for reading.
