Şalom Gazetesi
Şalom is a weekly newspaper catering to the Jewish community in Turkey. The publication's name is the Turkish version of the Hebrew word for peace, שלום (Shalom). Founded on October 29, 1947, by the Turkish Jewish journalist Avram Leyon, it is printed in Istanbul and appears every Wednesday. While primarily published in Turkish, it includes one page in Ladino. The newspaper is overseen by publisher İvo Molinas and editor-in-chief Yakup Barokas, with a circulation of approximately 5,000 copies.
