Scout Life Magazine

Scout Life Magazine

Scout Life, previously known as Boys' Life, is a monthly publication from the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). It is designed for both boys and girls aged 6 to 18. The magazine is based in Irving, Texas. Scout Life offers two different editions tailored to specific age groups. While both editions may share the same cover design, each includes 16–20 pages of content that caters to its respective audience. The first edition is aimed at younger Cub Scouts, specifically those aged 6 to 10 and first-year Webelos Scouts. The second edition targets older youth, ranging from 11 to 18 years old, which includes second-year Webelos, Boy Scouts, Varsity Scouts, and Venturers. When a subscription is acquired through the Boy Scouts of America program, the publisher assigns the correct edition based on the scout's age.

Most anti-bug clothing is infused with permethrin, a synthetic version of a natural repellent found in chrysanthemum plants.
