    Nike made headlines last week when it announced it would resume a direct relationship with Amazon, with the partnership set to launch in July. Ahead of the launch, Amazon is alerting third-party sellers that certain products will be pulled starting July 19, 2025. While it didn’t generate the same buzz, Adidas entered a similar direct relationship with Amazon this spring, notifying third-party sellers back in March.

    Well this isn’t pretty. Twenty-six-year-old skateboarder Tyshawn Jones, who’s been a member of Supreme’s skate team since he was 13, has sued the retailer for $26 million, claiming he is owed money for the termination of his $1 million-a-year sponsorship deal, as well as damages to his reputation.

    Adidas reported Q125 earnings yesterday, with quarterly results that were mainly in line with expectations. The company’s outlook on profit, however, came up a touch short and the company also warned about the potential of bumpier days ahead should Donald Trump stick by tariff increases he announced earlier this month.

    Nike and Skims turned heads today with news they are creating NikeSKIMS, a collaborative brand that will launch in the spring. Unlike a one-off collaboration, this effort not only includes a new logo but is also a long-term deal that positions the combined brand under the Nike umbrella akin to Adidas’ deals with Stella McCartney and Fear of God Athletics. News of the partnership was first reported yesterday by Puck News reporter Lauren Sherman.
