It has been announced that Jackie (Jacqueline) Hyde, Vice President of Artist Relations at Sony Music UK, is among those who have been recognised on the King’s New Year Honours list, for her services to music, and joins the Members of the Order of the British Empire.  The New Year Honours List recognises the achievements and service of extraordinary people across the UK, and the recognition comes in the same year that Jackie marks an astonishing 46 years working at Sony Music.

Sony Music UK has announced the appointment of Harri Davies as Head of A&R at RCA Records UK, starting immediately. Reporting into Co-Presidents Glyn Aikins and Stacey Tang, Harri brings over a decade of experience in A&R, engineering, producing and songwriting, and most recently held the position of Senior Director A&R at Concord Music Publishing.

Damaris has worked across the music industry in both independent and major labels as well as in media and artist management. She has overseen the success of many artists throughout her career at Chrysalis, Parlophone, Disturbing London and all three global record companies.
