During a recent meeting, the CRA agreed to dispose of two CRA-owned parcels along SW 4th Street with the Southwest Neighborhood for reuse, prioritizing enhanced open space for recreation and public benefit. The CRA owns numerous vacant parcels within its boundary, with most CRA-owned parcels in the Southwest Neighborhood. The CRA desires to return these properties to productive use.
