SpokaneFAVS
SpokaneFāVS started as a "construction blog" in August 2011 and officially opened its doors in spring 2012. It serves as a hub for unbiased reporting on faith and values news in the Spokane region. The initiative was made possible by a generous grant from the Lilly Endowment to the original owner, Religion News. Today, the site is independently owned by Tracy Simmons through Spokane Faith and Values, LLC, and functions as a 501(c)3 non-profit news organization, governed by a board of directors.
