The Wolves keeper matches the effort and tips it onto the bar but it falls onto Richarlison’s path who makes bundles it in to reduce the lead to one goal. 3-2.

Cristian Romero makes a horrible mistake at the back as Wolves restore their two goal lead almost immediately. Wolves took a two goal lead in the first half thanks to goals from Tottenham linked Rayan Ait-Nouri and a Djed Spence own goal. Ange’s side reponsded back in the second half with Tel scoring from close range to make it 2-1.

Tottenham have pulled one back early in the second half against Wolves, keeping the hopes of a potential comeback alive. Wolves scored twice in the first half to take a two goal lead after a poor start from Spurs. Rayan Ait-Nouri scored the first from a half-volley inside 2 minutes before a Spence own goal made it 2-0 before half time. Ange brought on Lucas Bergvall in the 55th minute and he made an almost immediate impact.

Things have gone from bad to worse for Tottenham as Wolves double their lead. Rayan Ait-Nouri gave Wolves the lead inside 2 minutes with a brilliant volleyed finish from the edge of the box. And they have now doubled the lead after a complete mix up at the back between Vicario and Djed Spence. Wolves work the ball down to the left side before Ait-Nouri puts in a cross inside the 6-yard box.

Tottenham have once again conceded an early goal as Wolves take the lead inside 3 minutes. The goal comes from a free-kick which is punched away by Guglielmo Vicario but falls on to the Spurs linked Rayan Ait-Nouri just outside the edge of the box. The Algerian hits a first time volley as it bounces into the back of the net. It is a fantastic goal, and the quickest Wolves have scored in the Premier League. For Spurs it is yet another awful start to the game.
