Celtic might need to shake up their centre-back options in the summer transfer window. Auston Trusty was signed last year but has not been completely convincing so far as a starter. Lately, he seems to have fallen behind Liam Scales in the pecking order and dropped out of the starting XI. The American international was an unused substitute at Ibrox. That is not the end of Celtic's issues at centre-back though. There are quite a few of them who might be headed for the exit door soon.
