What is this? A weekly newsletter that will not only share the wonders of salads—throughout history and into the future—but also provide you with a variety of recipes and dressings to enjoy salads all year long. And don't worry if you’re not a fan of lettuce; you don’t need to be a vegetarian either (though that’s totally fine if you are)! We’ll cover a wide range of salads including those featuring chicken, beef, fish, beans, grains, fruits, and vegetables, along with both warm and cold options. Also, we want to emphasize that we don’t see salad as just a “diet” food, so forget that notion right now. Our exciting lineup will include regular sections like CHEF SALAD, where we chat with chefs we admire to share their favorite salad recipes; TEST KITCHEN, which will feature a mix of product recommendations, additional recipes, and tips for creating delicious salads each week; and occasionally, BOOKS to explore.
