Beyoncé continues her country era with a new whisky brand in partnership with LVMH’s Moët Hennessy named SirDavis. The product has been years in the making as the iconic singer is a huge fan of Japanese whisky. A press release says Knowles-Carter sought out the LVMH subsidiary to create a unique flavor profile, which is perfect timing for both parties since Moët Hennessy was interested in deepening its presence in the American whisky market.

Last week, Wine Spectator, the world’s leading authority on wine btw, shared the winners of the 2024 Restaurant Awards. This year’s awards recognized about 3,800 dining spots across the country and more than 75 countries. “The restaurant industry is growing and thriving, with restaurant openings surpassing pre-pandemic levels for the first time. To take advantage of the uptick, restaurateurs are investing in their wine programs,” said Marvin R. Shanken, Editor and Publisher, Wine Spectator.
