Boone County Commissioners have elected to pay an attorney’s bill, but with the stipulation that he no longer work for the county. Bob Clutter in May billed the Boone County Health Department $3,000 for services rendered. Whitestown man goes to federal prison for sex crimes against children

A federal judge has sentenced Kyle Vincenty Rogers, 32, of Whitestown, to 12 1/2 years in prison and another 10 years of supervised release after he pleaded guilty to distributing child sexual abuse material. Rogers received and shared videos of children being sexually abused through peer-to-peer file-sharing software, the Boone County Child Abuse and Sexual Exploitation (CASE) Task Force reported when Rogers was arrested in November 2023.
