    Oxnard— The City of Oxnard recently installed signs prohibiting trucks over 5 tons from traveling along Oxnard Boulevard south of Gonzales Road. THE signs accompany “Truck Route” signs in place for several years. Section 8-3(A) of the Oxnard City Code designates Oxnard Boulevard, between Wooley Road and Gonzales Road, as a light-traffic street, and Section 8-3(B) OCC prohibits commercial trucks greater than 5 tons to travel along light traffic streets in Oxnard.
