True To The Cru was established in November 2020 to provide in-depth coverage of one of the country’s top Division III athletic programs, focusing on the latest news from Cru athletics. The website offers daily updates including game summaries, interviews, and dynamic action photos from recent events in UMHB athletics. This platform was launched with the intention of going beyond simple game recaps and statistics. True To The Cru is committed to ethical journalism, aiming to uncover the stories that highlight the rich traditions and community spirit of UMHB athletics. True To The Cru operates independently, founded by two passionate fans, and is not officially connected to The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.

With one out and the bases loaded in a game tied at 6-6, Jordan Iverson stepped to the plate for The Cru. The junior had already lined an RBI single to left field in the second inning, cutting LETU’s early lead to 3-2.
