Vanguard
Vanguard is a daily newspaper that comes from Vanguard Media, located in Lagos, Nigeria. This media outlet was founded in 1984 by journalist Sam Amuka-Pemu along with three of his friends. In addition to its print version, Vanguard also offers an online edition. It stands out as one of the few newspapers in Nigeria that operates independently of political influence, joining the ranks of This Day, The Punch, The Sun, and The Guardian.
