Built in 2019 by Cremorne-based studio NTF Architecture, the modern property is located on a generous 868 square-metre site on the edge of Ferndale Park. The sale of the home is being managed by agents Jesse Matthews and Ash Howarth from Marshall White Stonnington. Mr Matthews said the home would tick a lot of boxes for buyers in terms of what it had to offer.

A buyer has swapped one waterfront property in Lake Macquarie for another in a record-breaking deal. A three-bedroom, three-bathroom house at 77 Grand Parade in Bonnells Bay set a benchmark for the lakeside suburb after it was sold ahead of its auction. Listed with McGrath Lake Macquarie's Mark Johnson, the 979-square-metre property fetched $3.1 million, smashing the previous suburb record by $300,000. It's also the first house in the suburb to sell for more than $3 million.

A two-bedroom period home in Hamilton attracted strong buyer interest at auction at the weekend, with eight registered bidders lining up to secure the property. Due to the inclement weather, Dowling Property Group listing agent Steve Dorman held the auction inside the home. Still, the rain failed to dampen the spirits of buyers, with the property selling well above reserve.
